Welcome to this World Video Productions is proud to bring you the debut official music video for “Brutal Nightmare” from Detroit’s power metal masters, Wulfhook!
Lead guitarist, “Metal” Matt Martin, hit us up with the opportunity to film them just days before their CD release show at The Token Lounge for their first full length album, “The Impaler” (available through Divebomb Records), and we couldn’t pass up the chance. After the Token shoot, everyone agreed that we should do another one at their upcoming show at The Detroit Pub, which was two weeks away. During that downtime, we edited up all the footage we had, and prepared for the final shots we needed.
Just a mere two days after the second and final video shoot, we had the final edit ready for band approval. It was clear from the following post on the bands Facebook page…
“We have finished our first official music video, and we will be sharing it this coming Wednesday! Welcome to this World Video Productions did a phenomenal job. With very little notice or preparation, they were super reliable, great attitude, easy to work/shoot ideas and hang with. Ian had a ridiculous turn around on this project, thank you for that my friend! Highly recommended to anyone around the Detroit area looking for quality video production. Keep an eye out for the video!”
…We were truly floored by the kind words. Two days later, at 4:20pm on August 19th, 2015, Wulfhook made another FB post. The world finally got to see the Wulfpack in all it’s glory, as they made themselves fully visible in High Definition, vividly showcasing each of their musical abilities. So without further ado…
“We are very happy to debut our first official music video! It was filmed and edited by Welcome to this World Video Productions! They did a killer job all the way around. Our debut full length “The Impaler” was released 7-17-15 through Divebomb Records! This is song quickly became one of the bands/labels favorites, so it was an easy choice to do a video for.
